What happended to the good old champagne glasses. I got hold of these two through a friend who owned a country pub. Champagne just does not taste right when sipped from those horrible modern flutes. Wine of any description must breathe! At weddings and other celebrations these glasses were stacked in the shape of a piramid. All glasses where then filled by pouring into the top glass only.
