Ancient City of Zutphen

Not sure when this drawing was made, could be anytime between 1500 and 1750. Some of the old walls are still standing today. The bridge over the river IJssel is of course much more modern now and includes a rail crossing as well. Ships could travel all the way South to Switzerland on the Rhine river or North to the IJsselmeer and then onto the North Sea.
