No wonder my young friend Mel is smiling. I managed to get hold of a piece of Tiramisu cake for desert. Specially reserved for us in the cool room by Hillary, one of the waitresses I spoke to earlier today. We had our usual 'Hot and Cold Seafood platter' as a main, quite good with large fresh oysters, crayfish, prawns, calamari and fish.
Mel works for World Vision. I met her for the first time about 5 years ago when I was a WV volunteer helping her enroll sponsors for 3rd world children at shopping centres during the Christmas holidays. We now get together once or twice each year for a nice dinner.
