This will be the only Motel resort as part of the Worldwide Best Western chain in Darwin. Stage 1 (in the shape of a "C") is nearing completion. Stage 2 (a mirror image inverted "C") will commence in a few years time. The two buildings will enclose a large courtyard with two swimming pools.
