Like most markets in and around Darwin (an much unlike the markets say at the Sunshine Coast in Queensland) the Palmerston friday night market consists for 80% of foodstalls, predominantly offering various Asian quisines. Th rest are stalls with 2nd hand books, fruit and vegetables, clothes, trinkets. There is also entertainement for kids, like slides etc.
