ARROW SWITCH
A normal Mitchell Movement will produce 2 winning pairs, a NS pair and an EW pair. In order to have one winning pair only an arrow switch is included.
With 5 or more tables switch the arrow usually pointing to North to West instead for the last 2 rounds.

As a result the previous West direction is now the North direction, and all other seats on the table change accordingly (N becomes E, E becomes S and S becomes W)
This way all NS pairs will play some of the EW hands, while all EW pairs play some of the NS hands. This being now the case all pairs are score producing one winning pair only.
