If North plays the ♥2 on the first trick, Declarer's ♥Q will win the trick.
Next Declarer will lead his ♥4 and if North plays low again finesse in Dummy with the ♥J.
If North plays his ♥K instead, Dummy will catch it with the Ace then win another trick with the Jack.
In this scenario NS will win not a single heart trick !
