Declarer must take the finesse in clubs against the ♣K. For if it loses it will be to North who can not threaten Declarer's ♦K.

Therefore (at trick 1) Dummy wins the spade trick with the ♠Q.
Then (at trick 2) Dummy's ♣3 is lead to Declarer's ♣J, finessing South for the ♣K.
