Playing one single finesse has only a 50% chance of success.
But playing two single finesses has a 75% chance of winning at least one of them.
Declarer must therefore attempt the finesses both in and in ♣ and not be discouraged when the first finesse fails !

The trump lead (A♠ followed by North's 5♠) is by far the most demanding for the Declarer, for he will no longer be able to ruff his 3rd card in Dummy. For as soon as South gains the lead with his A♥ he will lead his remaining 9♠ removing all Dummy's trumps.
An Opening lead in any of the other three suits would make life a lot easier for Declarer.
