The bidding clearly has indicated that some of the Declarer's tricks will come through ruffing in Dummy. To reduce this capability a trump lead in such cases is almost mandatory.

After winning the first trick, Declarer should not draw trumps immediately, but instead play a to remove Dummy's singleton.
North should win the trick and (at trick 3) lead yet another trump. This reduces Dummy's ruffing power to 2 tricks, which in this case is not enough to defeat the contract.
Declarer wins the trump lead in his hand, then leads another ruffed in Dummy. He returns to his hand via a ♣, then leads his last remaining for a second ruff in Dummy.
Declarer returns once more to his hand with another ♣, then draws North's last remaining trump.

* Don't make a regular lead (for example "mud", middle-up-down) when leading trumps. You only provide useful information to the Declarer !
