There is also an indirect finesse in ♣ which can be taken in the opposite direction. The 2♣ is lead from Dummy towards the J♣ in Declarer's hand.
This time if North holds the K♣ the finesse will fail, but if South has it instead (like in this case) Declarer's J♣ wins the trick.
