At trick 8 and 9 Declarer cashes his two small clubs (the last two clubs left in the game) on which two spades are discarded in Dummy.
Declarer then cashes the K♦ after which he crosses over to Dummy's A♠. The A♥ is played next under which North drops his K♥. Dummy's Q♥ now provides the 12th winner at the final trick.

Bidding a Small Slam is not relevant on this deal, for catching both K♣ and K♥ as well as having the clubs split 3-3 will only occur 10-15 % of the time. (Only bid a Small Slam when it has a 50% chance of success or better.)
