If North (at trick 8) leads a ♣ or a ♦, Dummy plays low, and Declarer wins the trick with a ruff in his own hand. This is called a "ruff and sluff".
Declarer then cashes the K♥ in Dummy followed by the A♥ in his own hand. His last remaining 5♥ is ruffed in Dummy.
Declarer's throw in at trick 7 ensures the contract for the full 100%, no matter what the Opponents lead at trick 8.
