A cautious player would probably bid 4NT, asking for Aces, and after a positive response (showing all 4 Aces) ask for Kings (5NT). But Grand Slam would be a long shot.
Instead many East players (with 3 Aces in their own hand) would immediately bid 6♥. With a Suit Quality of 10 (SQ = 6 + 4 = 10) the suit can stand on its own as trump suit.
Now South makes the opening lead.

Suit Quality test (SQ)
SQ = number of cards in a suit + number of Honours in that suit.

Michael's long held Strategy :
Bid Small Slam (12 tricks) when it has a 50+% chance.
Only bid a Grand Slam (13 tricks) when you are 200% sure!
If you make 2 out of every 3 Small Slams you bid (a 65% success rate), you are well ahead of the rest of the pack !!)
