Duck
When drawing trumps lead a small ♠ from Declarer's hand.
When North plays low, play Dummy's Q♠. If it wins play a low ♠ from Dummy, ducking in Declarer's hand, hoping to drop North's doubleton A♠.
If E had held the 9♠ (or even 10♠) instead of W, a small ♠ would have been lead from Dummy's hand towards Declarer's K♠ at the 1st ♠ trick instead.
