If the Enemy trumps are split 2-2 Declarer's contract is easy.
But with a 3-1 trump split, the contract has only a 50% chance of winning, and depends on guessing which way to take the two-way ♦ finesse.
Throwing-in either Opponent with an endplay will secure the contract.
