From left to right : Frau Nelius (Peter's wife, in charge of Hotel accomodation), Sabrina Licht, one of the waitresses, and Sabine Nelius (Peter's daughter), very capably in charge of the Restaurant.   Peter has just cut some fresh purple Flieder flowers (on the bar) from his vineyards. These are now everywhere in full bloom.
