San Sebastian - La Concha Beach Other maps - Blog Text - La Concha Beach - Spain La Concha is as good a city beach as anywhere in Europe.   Restaurants in San Sebastian's "Parte Vieja" (old town) have more Michelin Stars than anywhere else in the world and (so say acclaimed top chefs) is the best place to eat on this planet. It is also known as the "Tapas Capital" of Spain. The location of my Pension Edorta (in June 2012) is marked by the red dot in the Parte Vieja.
