Cin Cin - Bar Roma - La Dolce Vita

To celebrate their 250 year anniversary in 2007 Cinzano produced a limited edition series of three glasses designed by the Italian artist Selwyn Senatori. Here is 'Cin Cin'. Try my favourite :   One quarter to one third of Cinzano Rosso in a glas like above, then top up with chilled Scheppes Dry Ginger Ale. (I don't like a lot of ice in my glass, it delutes the drink too much, but you can use a little if you wish.)
