Doug back from India

We celebrate Doug's return from India with my second attempt at Moules Bourguignon. By all accounts quite successful (see Feb.24 for recipe).
After eating all the mussles there was still a lot of the liquid stock left. So Babette boiled some Japanese somen noodles which we dropped into the bowl with mussles stock, then ate it as a noodle soup. Delicious !
You can buy the somen noodles in any Woolworth Supermarket (in Australia). Just boil the somen for 2 minutes, then drain them and drop them into the bowl with mussles stock.
