The Simply Pies shop offers excellent home made pies, pasties, sausage rolls, etc. at very reasonable prices.   It is located in the last remaining old building on the Esplanade. Perhaps with the present financial crisis it has another lease on life and will remain in this building for 2 or 3 more years or so. But sooner or later "progress" will strike.
