Declarer (W) can count 7 sure winners. The additional 2 tricks can come from the ♣ suit.
The main danger to the contract is North holding five spades.
Declarer must therefore hold up the ♠ lead twice before winning the 3rd trick with Dummy's A♠.
If North indeed started with 5 spades there now will be no more spades left in South's hand.

Declarer can take the ♣ finesse in either direction, but needs to take it so that South (and not North) wins the trick if the finesse fails.
Declarer crosses therefore over to his hand via Q♥, then leads his 9♣ for a direct finesse in clubs. When this proves successful he leads his 3♣ for a second (now indirect) finesse, then captures North's Q♣ on his third round of clubs.
