South can see 4 possible losers, one in ♣, two in ♦ and one possibly in ♠ if Declarer guesses the finesse against the ♠Q wrong.

West wins the first trick with his ♣K.
He then leads (Partner's suit) the ♦Q, which is won by Dummy's ♦A.
How can Declarer make absolutely sure of making his contract ?
