Great hotel, the best place to stay when in Baden Baden, but make sure to book early, it is a popular place.
The Hotel is a 60 steps climb up from the towns centre. But if you are smart you walk into the Rathaus (Town council building) down below and take the lift up to the 4th floor. Then you walk out and find yourself right in front of the hotel.
(Hotel Bischoff is nearby and requires no climbing.)
