Laksa is a SE Asian noodle soup with coconut milk base. It usually contains two types of noodles (yellow wheat and thin white rice noodles). It is adorned by various greens and spyces and contains either pieces of chicken or of beef or (as here) of seafood, or a "Combo" mixture of all three.
