| 1. Thread 20-25 cm of the nylon leader through the eye of a hook. With one hand pinch the leader to the base of the hook, with the other hold the longer end of the leader and fold it back to the base of the hook.

2. Wrap this part of the leader down and around the shank of the hook, from 4-7 times (depending on the thickness of the leader).

3. Now thread the leader back up and through the eye of the hook.

4. Pull both ends of the leader in opposite directions to tighten and lock down the knot evenly. 
Tie a second hook on the tag end of the leader, using a Clinch knot or other.
