No matter what, the contract will always be safe. Since the Defenders have only two ♥s left between them.
Playing another ♥ trick without removing all trumps first may well result in a ruff from an Opponent.
Declarer therefore goes immediately for the trump finesse leading his Q♠. Unfortunately it loses to South, but on balance it was the right decision.
